FAQs about Our Knee Sleeves
Which sleeve should I buy?
If you are training for heavy one-rep maxes — whether for competition or just for fun — choose the Underdog Powerlifting Sleeves. For everything else (general strength training, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, Strongwoman), choose the Workhorse Training Sleeves. If you’re a powerlifter who has never used a knee sleeve before, or who wants a secondary training sleeve, we also recommend the Workhorse Training Sleeves for you.
Is the order for one sleeve or a pair? What is included?
The order is for a pair. A mesh carrying bag is also included, so you can let your sleeves air out between gym sessions.
When will I receive my knee sleeves?
The sleeves will be shipped to you by the end of January. Depending on where you live, you may receive them at the end of January or the beginning of February.
How do I find my size?
Measure the circumference of your leg at 15 cm / 6 in above the center of your patella, at your knee joint, and at the widest part of your calf. Match these measurements to our size chart, first by your calf and then by your thigh. If you could fit in 2 sizes, size down for a tighter fit or up for a more comfortable fit. See video here.
What if the size doesn't fit when it arrives?
You can exchange it for another size. If that size is not available (because this drop is limited), you can choose to (a) receive a credit for the next drop — which you will also get early access to, so you’re first in line for the right size — or (b) receive a refund for the return.
How do I care for my knee sleeves?
Between training sessions, store them in the provided mesh bag to let the sweat dry out. To clean the sleeves, turn them inside out and hand wash with wetsuit shampoo and cold water. Hang dry indoors or in the shade, away from UV light. Do not put them in the washer or dryer.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and Canada.
I ordered merch too — when does that arrive?
Our merch is print-on-demand, which means our partner prints your tee when you order it. It typically takes about 2 weeks for your merch to ship.
What is your return policy?
If you return within 30 days, you will receive a refund. Returns must show no signs of wear, cannot be washed, and must be in the original packaging.
